A fast, reliable, flexible and easy to use registration software specifically design to meet any events' requirement
The project is developed in .NET platform. And is installed in a server which can be accessed from any computer on network. The interface is on any web browser, which gives more flexibility, speed and reliability to the project.
You can attach any pc to the network to run the registration at any stage. This is a good practice, because sometimes you don’t have time to get a pc ready in order to run an immediate requirement at any place within an event venue. The simple requirement is a PC running internet explorer or Safari or Mozilla or any other internet browser and a printer installed on the pc. No additional software required to operate the system.
Each registration is done under a user login, which can help admin to view the duplication done intentionally or un- intentionally. Admin can delete and such data.
Each registration is categorized in categories like (VIP, Guest, Delegate, Press, Visitor, Sponsor, Exhibitor, etc.). which give a glance of statistics on the front screen which appears all the time so that you can have a guess of number of people in different categories which helps the management to keep eye on other arrangement according to the attendance so far.
Registration form is easy like a web form, with few required fields like:
· Category
· Email Address
· Full Name
· Designation
· Company Name
· Mobile No.
· sex
Rest of the fields are optional. Which could be added or removed on demand during the grace period. On completion of saving data the badge opens to be printed.
Easy editing of a record in case of misspelling. All it requires is to search for a record and open it for editing rest of the process is same.
Card printing is easy by a single click. Also if you want to print a card again you can do it by a single click after searching out the required data. The card contains
· Name
· Designation
· Company Name
· Barcode.
Any printer can work fine with the software. A normal laser printer is recommended for low cost and speed. You can also share a printer on one pc and other pc’s can print on the same printer.
A barcode is printed on the badge. This barcode can be used to search any record for different purposes. A barcode scanner could be attached to the system.
The reporting is made easy on the bases of best practical experience so far. Reports could be exported to Excel sheet for further processing. Including On the spot statistics of the record as a graphic pie chart.
